The 14er House extends boldly from the steep hillside, creating a striking architectural statement that appears to hover above the landscape. This cantilevered design not only provides a unique vantage point to capture the breathtaking beauty of the Collegiate Range and surrounding peaks but also evokes a sense of lightness and seamless connection to the natural environment.

The residence is thoughtfully designed in a “Y” shape over two levels, with each room strategically positioned to capture sweeping views of the Collegiate Peaks while preserving privacy between adjacent spaces. The living areas are oriented to maximize vistas to the West, and the sloping site enables a smooth walkout from the living room to the natural terrain below.

With clean, minimalist lines, the structure harmonizes with its surroundings, blending effortlessly into the hillside. Expansive, floor-to-ceiling windows flood the interiors with natural light, blurring the boundaries between indoors and out while framing unobstructed views of the picturesque landscape.
