Originally Designed by legendary modernist architect Victor Lundy, 301 Lake Ave has been reimagined with a stunning new addition and a full update to the home’s interiors. The mission of Studio B’s interior design team was to seamlessly integrate a modern and contemporary aesthetic while maintaining the heart and soul of the original concept.
