Colorado Gulch is a modern, tranquil family haven, featuring four structures rooted in vernacular architecture. Each structure boasts a distinct personality, harmoniously united by a shared exterior material palette nestled within a serene pine forest setting. Drawing inspiration from Nordic design, the exteriors and interiors offer a snug and refined vision of comfort, prioritizing a deep connection to nature. The interior design is meticulously crafted to evoke a sense of coziness and elegance, all the while maintaining a sense of restraint. The project aims to foster community spirit and strengthen the ties among family, friends, and colleagues, all while relishing in the abundant natural beauty of Leadville’s alpine landscapes.
