Cherry Creek Residence

This project, located near Cherry Creek in Denver, represents a creative exploration of possibilities for a substantial home remodel. Designed for a young family, the concept sought to transform their existing residence into a stylish, functional space tailored to their lifestyle.

The reimagined design featured all-new finishes inside and out, blending natural stone, wood, and plaster to create a cohesive aesthetic that seamlessly transitions from exterior to interior. Studio B addressed the clients’ concern about excessive summer heat gains by introducing elegant wood-slatted panels, thoughtfully designed to reduce solar heat while maintaining an open, airy feel.

A key addition to the project was a covered lounge area by the pool, envisioned as a welcoming hub for social gatherings. The proposed remodel combined timeless materials with functional enhancements, creating a home designed to balance comfort, sustainability, and modern style.

Though the project concluded at the schematic design phase, it stands as a testament to Studio B’s ability to creatively solve design challenges while capturing the unique vision of its clients.
