Linden Grove

Located on a large lot in a Rural, treelined neighborhood in Boulder, Linden Grove is a modern interpretation of the local agricultural and rural vernacular. Two parallel gables shield a private orchard, gardens, and pool from adjacent neighbors and the street. The exterior is cladded with warm, weathered grey cedar with black accented roof details and board-formed concrete site walls. The interior is a rich compilation of blackened steel, board-formed concrete, marble, and white oak. Divided light connects the light-filled dining room and interior spaces to a lush private garden. The Linden Grove residence is designed to be both airy and intimate.
