Susan Okie Lindenau now serves on our Board of Directors alongside Scott, bringing unparalleled excellence and foresight to the integration of finishes, furniture, and spatial design, creating environments that elevate the human experience.

Susan has directed the firm’s interior design work since 2008, drawing on decades of experience in both California and Colorado. Raised in Southern California and a graduate of UC Santa Barbara, she has long been connected to Aspen, where she’s been visiting since the 1970s.

Her expertise spans all aspects of interior design, from materials and furnishings to lighting and space planning. Known for her precision and hands-on approach, Susan spends significant time on-site, managing installations and coordinating with consultants and craftsmen to ensure every detail is thoughtfully executed. Inspired by the natural environment and guided by a shared vision, Susan shapes interiors that are both refined and deeply resonant.
