Irina Murphy

Born and raised in Moldova, Irina now calls Colorado home after many years of living across the United States, from the East Coast to the West Coast. With a lifelong passion for creativity and design, she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Design from California College of the Arts in San Francisco. Irina worked in the fashion industry both before and after earning her degree, including time spent in the fast-paced environment of New York City.

Seeking a quieter life and a place to settle with her family, she eventually relocated to Colorado, where she founded a custom children’s clothing shop. After years immersed in fashion design, Irina was inspired to make a broader impact and decided to pursue a second career in Architecture.

In May 2025, she graduated with a Master of Architecture degree from the University of Colorado Denver. Her dedication and excellence were recognized with the 2025 Outstanding Graduate Student award and the Alpha Rho Chi Medal.

Irina brings a strong passion for design and sustainability, technical expertise, and a keen attention to detail to every project, skills deeply rooted in her background in fashion design and now expanded through her work in architecture. She is also interested in furniture design, an area she hopes to explore further in future projects.

When she’s not designing, Irina enjoys spending time with her family or traveling, always drawing inspiration from the people and places she encounters.
